Accreditation Statement

The Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses (WOCN) Society is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

WOCN is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 15115.

Selected sessions within this program are pending approval by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Attendees can earn one nursing contact hour (CH) for every hour of educational time and must complete an evaluation for each session attended in order to receive contact hours. Evaluation forms should be submitted online during or after the conference. Up to 17.5 contact hours may be awarded for the annual conference. This includes the sessions from Sunday, June 5 to Wednesday, June 8, 2011. The contact hours for the conference symposia and pre-conference offerings will be awarded separately and are not included in the total for the Annual Conference.
**The actual number of contact hours to be awarded for each session is noted in individual session descriptions. Beginner, Expert and Advanced Practice level sessions are featured in this year's program. We have also identified sessions by specific practice areas.**

Accreditation refers to educational content only and does not imply WOCN, ANCC, CBRN or AANP endorsement of any commercial product.
